Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Supported by clear photographic or video evidence showing the issue.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at trendnova84@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and photos/videos showing the issue.
3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns without prior approval will not be processed.
Refund Timeline:
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
If approved, your refund will be issued within 48 hours to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Please note: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
